Conversion to PDF fails because of Japanese text

Hi there

I have made up two different versions of PDF conversion flows both working fine with English font.  When I bring in a filed with Japanese font into the HTML file  the PDF conversion fails.  I guess it is the single vs double byte font issue.  Just wondering if there has been a fix or workarounds and if so can you share?

    Hi @StuCundy,

Currently, convert PDF only support English text, some languages are not supported to be converted into PDF file.

If you want this convert PDF file could support it, you could head to IDEA forum to submit your desire, collect votes to make it come true in the future:
