Hi,
I have a solution(Canvas app + CDS entities + Flow components) and trying to import in an environment. I get the below error.
Error
You do not have {0} permission to access {1} records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for help.
The log file doesn't have any errors at all. The log shows unprocessed from the step

I think you are not the part of Security Role required for importing solution in PowerApps environment.
Please login using System administrator credentials, check and identify which role is missing and grant that role access for your account.
