Load empty MS form whenever a user opens the forms on the teams channel

I have a MS form in a teams channel. Whenever I fill the form and not submit it, the data gets saved and when I open the form again, instead of new form the form opens up with previous given details.

is there a way to get an empty form whenever a user opens the MS form without needing to closing the tab and clearing the cache.

Hi There,

This is due to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Forms built-in feature which allows the data to persist in the form to prevent accidental data loss. Disable that.

Hi @sandeepstw,

I did not really understand what feature is to be disabled, as turning of the form will disable the user access.

Hi,

Alternatively, you could create a Power Automate flow to reset the form after form submission.
