Resubmit/Retrigger specific item in SharePoint

Hi all,

 

I have a new item (considered as a form) created in my SharePoint (updated by my colleagues). The SharePoint was connected to a workflow in Power Automate. In the back-end structure, it was supposed to send an email to someone tagged in the form by my colleague. However, he filled in the wrong name. From the database, I can edit the detail and tag the right person. Once done, how can I re-trigger the workflow so that the email will be send to the right person as per updated?

    It depends on the trigger, but yes it may be possible to retrigger the flow. Go to the flow and look at the flow run history, and find the run associated with the correct item. Then click the radio button to the left of the item in the run history. You will then see a menu option to resubmit the item (re-trigger the flow).
