How to get the dropdown values from multiple dropdown values?

Below screenshot is shown, PO Number and Heat Number Dropdown values get from based on the ID_Dropdown selection.

But my requirement is get the PO Number and Heat Number Dropdown values from ID_Dropdown or PN_Dropdown.

Kindly help to resolve.
