I haver several Flows aimed to create items lists and email notification from a response to a form.
In the action configuration (for example "Send an email" or "create an item in a list") the forms fields names are displayed like internal code, not with the actual Fild name
example:
When I check the results of the flow, the response to "For each/Get response items" is (part of it)

The flows are currently working, but this is difficult to manage when I want to change something in the flow
