Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello community! I have been trying to build a flow that will send a reply to any chat received in a Team. We have a Help Desk team and users are sending chats to the Team, but the account itself isn't monitored. I would like a flow that auto replies to any Chat received in that Team with a message that the Chats are not monitored. We do have the Auto Response turned on, but as you know people don't read those tiny prompts... I need to actually return a Chat message to the sender. Everything I've researched and tried has not been successful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
