I have an unmanaged staging environment with Customer Voice installed. I've created a simple form and a flow with a Dataverse trigger set to run when a new row is added to Customer Voice Survey Responses.
However, the trigger is never triggered. I can submit the form and fetch the results using a manually triggered flow, but submitting the form never triggers the flow. FYI, this set up works 100% on our default environment.
I found this post in which someone mentions enabling background processes for my environment. I can't find any more reference to this feature though...
Any ideas what might be preventing the trigger from running?
