My users are getting multiple emails for one particular lead

Hi,
 
I am new in power apps. Tried to create this flow below to send email notifications to the assigned users but it doesn''t work.
 
The users are getting multiple emails for one single lead.

    Have you looked at your Run Log, to validate that it triggered what did you say, 12 times or something?
     
    If there are multiple modifications that come in, you will get triggered each time. Are you sure your process isn't updating the same row many times??
