I have a flow that is currently running, but it is stuck in Default Solutions and i can't figure out how to pull it back out to My Flows

I have a flow that runs every time an item is added to a sharepoint list. It's been running successfully for months and I wanted to create a copy of it, only to find it's no longer listed in My Flows or Shared with Me...

After some digging in the forums, I was able to find it stuck in Default Solutions, however I'm unable to pull it out of there to do anything with.

Has anyone successfully recovered a flow stuck here?
I'm wondering if I just don't have the right access.

The problem with that is, I apparently no longer have the ability to log a ticket with Microsoft from the Admin Portal, and when I contacted my company's Help Desk the last time with an issue related to anything of this nature, their response was so elementary, it was worse than just not helpful (Needed sharepoint list help - something that as the site creator, admin, site collection admin, and owner I could not do...they sent me back a list of the people listed as owners of the site - which included me, and told me to contact one of them - they are my peers and have less access than me)

Any  help anyone could provide, even if it's to tell me i'm stuck, would be really helpful!!

Thank you!!

    @glavanco ,

    You could try adding yourself as the co-owner of the flow from within the default solution.

    It should then start appearing under Shared with me tab.

    I'm already the owner of the flow, there is no option to add myself as the co-owner too

    In that case, are you able to export the flow and import it back again?

    I think it might have got orphaned for some reason.
