Powerapps web part is not showing up on sharepoint site

I have added powerapps web part on my sharepoint site and updated the web link of the app. It's not showing up after republishing the site. This is strange because I have one more app added on this site which is working absolutely fine.

Just to verify, I have tried adding same app again which is working on my site and it is also not showing up. How strange that same web link of the app, one is working and one is not working.

Has the PowerApp been published and shared with the user viewing the SharePoint page?

Hi Jeff,

Yes. I'm the owner of this app and the sharepoint site too. This app was working on this site earlier but I mistakenly deleted the web part. Now when I'm trying to re-add it, it's not showing up on the SP site.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to use a powerapps web part in sharepoint page?

I've made a similar test and found that:

1)If I fill in the app's web link, it will not work.

2)If I fill in the App ID, it will work.

I think this is about PowerApps server.

You could also try to use APP ID like me.

Please consider take a try to clear cache of your browser, then try it again, check if the issue is solved.

What's more, please note that:The PowerApps web part is not available in SharePoint Server 2019.

I also found from this forum only that that in addition to access one need to provide access to every connection points. i.e. Database/EXCEL connections one created to bring data to Power App. Thus...
One need to provide access on,
1) Provide required access on Power App connection.
2) Provide required access on Power App application itself (which you are showing in SharePoint).
3) Publish Power App application.

Folks - I maybe late in replying to this thread. Just thought I would still go ahead and share my thoughts that could be beneficial for those who are looking to pass parameters to the app included via the new PowerApps WebPart that is available in SharePoint online sites. You should be using the below URL format for your app to work with parameters being passed along with it.

https://web.powerapps.com/apps/<APP ID>?tenantId=<TENANT ID>&source=portal&<QUERY STRING PARAMS>

Kindly note that, in the above link, it is not 'apps.powerapps.com' but 'web.powerapps.com'
