Hi everyone,

I created a SharePoint list where you can make multiple selections. Then I tried to create a flow where it archives the existing list into another list. But somehow I don't get it how to save the multiple choice items. Can someone please explain!

@Anonymous In archive list you have multiple choice column as well or just a text column?

    Hi all,

I tried this one as well but the variable doesn't appear in the list.E8D93BE3-9765-435C-8073-C8C1681681B8.jpeg

@Anonymous First you need to collect all choices value using apply to each in a variable. Use append to string variable then pass variable value in Create item action. In Archive list make Multiple choice column as text this will be easy for you.

Can you maybe show how it works this step?

@Hardesh15 Can you maybe show how it works? It will be helpful? What do you mean I have to change the choice type to text?
