I have had my flow running smoothly and perfectly for some time, however I am getting the error 429. Could anyone help?
It says: "Too many requests sent to the service", however there is usally only 6 or 7 a day. I know these are pushed hourly however I cant seem to fix the issue.
I figured out that some of the activities inside a loop were causing this issue. For me, Send Email , the powerapps one was causing the issue.
I added a delay of 3 mins inside the loop and then there was no throttling observed.
The only problem was that the flow took 2 hours to run, but that was fine.
how do you open a ticket?
hello mabel,
i'm getting the same problema but i'm not hitting the limits so far.
can you tell me whatelse can be causing it once i'm running the flow like 1x a day?
att.
I know that this is a bit of an old issue., but the problem still exists.
The 429 error means that your hitting SharePoint throttling errors. Hence the problem will go away and come back whenever your SharePoint environment is busy
During my recent battles I have written some posts about these issues whcih hopefully will help you
I didnt' change anything in my flow, but the issue seems to have been resolved for me. My flows are completing successfully now. I do wish I knew what was causing the error so that I could prevent it in the future.
Thank you!
If it appears again I will do 🙂
My ticket with Microsoft was closed/resolved and I haven't seen the issue in a few days. The diagnosis from the engineer I worked with was: This issue occurred due to throttling enforced on the Exchange side. It was not specific to your account as many other users were affected.
If you are still experiencing issues, I recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft - it was more efficient than I would have given them credit for :).
I have same issue, Where I can find the limitation of Office 365 outlook connector? Please help.
I am still experiencing this about 50% of the time. I have an open ticket with Microsoft Support, so maybe they can shed some light on what is happening.
I no longer have the problem, but I did not do anything...
