Trigger when a row is selected passing form notification or blocking the execution

I need a flow that is triggered by Dataverse table row selected but I need execute the flow only if in the record form there aren't error notification.

So:

option 1 is pass the notification to the flow, is it possible?

option 2 in the form based on notification existence disable the flow button execution, is it possible?
