外部からフローを実行するときに起きるエラーメッセージの理由

初めて投稿するのでやり方が間違っている可能性がありますがご了承ください。
 
タイムスケジュールを使ってPower Automate デスクトップ(以下、PAD)を動かすと下記のエラーメッセージが出ます。
 
フロー実行中にエラーが発生しました。
外部のソースからフローを起動するには、試用版またはプレミアライセンスが必要です。
 
このエラーメッセージが出る理由を教えてほしいです。
