want to downgrade the version, but I can't uninstall

I'm using PAD version 2.8 and for some reason I want to downgrade to version 2.7.

But, ".NetFrameWork is required for setup" is displayed and it is not uninstalled even though I have installed.

Does anyone have any ideas for other causes or solutions?

Hi @KeiNishizaki

Sorry, I'm unable to read the error message
can you share the transalation of the error?
Also check if you have installed the latest version of .net framework / if the same error then can you check which version of .net framework it is expecting download that and install

Which operating system you are using? Is it Windows 10 or Windows 2019, because it is in the error box as well?
