A test flow has been setup for testing Power Automate with a few users. The flow only has 2 SharePoint actions- for selected file and get file properties. The flow was written under a service account that has the full power automate license and admin permissions on the SharePoint site that we are testing with. User account we are using for testing has the Microsoft Power Automate Free license applied and has been given run only user permissions on the flow itself. We want to avoid giving users the full Power Automate license because we have not fully rolled Power Automate out yet. Receiving the following error when trying to run the flow:
Error: The user with object identifier 'guid' in tenant 'guid' does not have any active entitlements.
Any ideas what could be causing this? Should the user account be able to run the flow with the Power Automate Free license?
If I recall correctly, the free license for Power Automate does not allow users to share flows or run flows that have been shared with them. Free user accounts are created in developer tenants by themselves and assigning a free user license does not actually give them access or rights to the tenant your created flow exists in.
