Power Automate Desktop 2.29.127.23042 is very slow, why? and how to fix it? Please help

having 2 desktop flows for almost 2 years, and run them about every 2 weeks. 

 

since 2.29 version, the flow became very slow, like a slow motion movie. 

 

Need help,
