Mail Merge with Power Automate: Bugs and questions

Hi all,

I am trying to send individual PDF documents to a list of people. Below is the table with recipient details:

saskia_g_0-1681789026029.png

The files that I want to attach to each individual is named their name.pdf, i.e., the file for Emma is named Emma.pdf, which removes the "filter array" function from my flow.

My flow works, in the sense that it sends each person their personalized attachment, however, I as the sender also receive the 6 emails. I feared that my recipients also received multiple emails with others' attachments, but they didn't. I believe this is because the 'send email' function is in a loop within a loop, so for every iteration, it sends me an email as well. I don't fully grasp this logic. Is anyone able to look at my flow and let me know if there is a way I can send these attachments without receiving them in my inbox? My final spreadsheet has about 200 staff members with 200 personalized attachments, so I do not want to mess this up!

Below is my flow:

    Hi @saskia_g ,

According to the flow in the picture, the To property of "Send an email" is the email addresses in Excel. This flow will send an email to each of these 6 email addresses from your mailbox. So you can see in your email that you have sent 6 emails. What does it mean that you, as the sender, will also receive 6 emails?

    Best regards,

    Habsburg Qian
