Post Message to Teams Channel When Not a Member or Owner

Scenario: Dynamics 365 cases are transferred between support teams. When a case is transferred, we want to notify the team receiving the case via a message to a Teams channel. We do not want to send emails for this purpose.

Issue: A service account will be used for this process, however, it won't be a member or owner of the Teams that it needs to post in. We want to avoid adding a service account to various support teams' Teams just for this purpose.

I have not found anything posted with a similar scenario and wondering what anyone else has done to address a similar need. Is there some method to post to Teams channels as a non-member, either with a service account or some other mechanism?

I have the same question (1)
