You should be able to do this, add your output to a compose as below.

With the Get Lists action i get all the lists from my Sharepoint site. What i would like is for every sp list (loop) to get the Get items. I know i have to declare a variable because its an array of lists. So i initialize a variable and apply Apply to each. But i can not put a variable in the Get Items. Is there a way or a better way to do this?

You just need to set the variable here:

If you click enter custom value on the list drop down you can apply your variable

You don't actually need to initialise and set variable

You can just use Compose here with DisplayName and add the Outputs to the List Name in Get items.
