Multiple approvers - designate main approver?

From my sharepoint list I need to send an Approval to 3 people, where it only waits for 1 response.
The problem is that these 3 people will need to choose between them who's the actual approver. And need to have a way to mark that.
Been thinking if there's a way to edit the Approvals app in Teams, as I see some columns such as "Status", "Origin", "priority" and so on.
is there a way to add a columns in this Teams view?
Or, do you know of a way I could set up a main approver? The other 2 people still need to know the outcome of the approval so...
As of now I can only think of that after every approval in my flow I do a custom Approval for them to decide which one is the main approver, then send another approval with the actual information that needs to be aproved that gets sent to the 3 of them and I dunno, in the title the first line is the name of the person. This fixes the problem... but it's gonna be a nightmare to set up like this.
So any alternatives to make this easier are appreciated :)

    Hi,

Can I just clarify that you're asking for an approval to be sent to 3 'potential' approvers, but you only need one, the main approver to respond to determine the outcome? If so, in your flow, you'd change the approval type so that all can receive an approval request but the first response is the accepted response.

As for the other solution you considered, I have something similar in the same flow the above screenshot is from. We have users submit a form and one of their selections will determine our approval workflow (the subsequent approvers) but we don't necessarily trust the user to make the correct selection on the form. So there is initially an approval that goes to a team to 'triage' the information and select the correct subsequent workflow. Uses conditions based on their response to set a variable that is used later to send the next approval(s) to the right people.

    Hey @Cac180:
    Thanks for your reply!
Yes. There are 3 potential approvers and they decide between them who is going to handle it once they have received the notification.
The problem is that I'm coming up short on how to signal how their choice after they made it.
The option you're saying of "Only wait for one response", will just go ahead to the next step of the flow, no? i need like an intermediate step or way for them to know WHO's actually handling that approval.
