InvalidTemplate Error - Flow Failing

Hi All,

I am hoping to gain some insight as to why I am receiving an Invalid Template error. I will attach a screenshot below. It is causing my flow to fail from running. Any help would be much appreciated!

I am trying to create a Kaizala Help Desk.

Can you please share the expression that you're using in the variable? Just for me to try to understand what could be the issue.

Hi @samanthabremner

I was referring to your initial print the "OriginalPhotos" variable so that we could figure out why the Flow is failing.

Can you please provide it? The one you provided is empty in the expression so it won't fail.

I hope you are well!

Thank you for your assistance so far! I have been looking through the code files that I downloaded from the Microsoft Kaizala Employee Help Desk page and the only things I can find re: OriginalPhotos is this:

If you have a look on the documentation page at the flow steps it tells you what to do and there are no variables that you need to adjust or change so I am not sure why it is breaking if this is the code that they provided although I am trying to find a way to fix it to get this application to work .

Hum that's indeed strange. Let's go back a step. Can you please open the following action and show me what's inside? This has probably an invalid JSON but we need to figure out why.
