The argument to the 'ColorValue' function does not represent a valid color value

I don't understand what is happening, I set some institutional colors in some global variables in the App OnStart with the hexadecimal representation of solid colors (without transparency), I needed to give transparency to the same colors (for some buttons) that the most efficient way was to concatenate the two additional hexadecimal characters at the end, but for some reason in "play mode" it shows the title error, which in "edit mode" does not show anything.
