WFO, WFH email status tracking in excel

i have created a flow with send email with options, by which i could send emails to user to submit their choice responses, weather they are working from home or working from office. Now my doubt is i need save their responses in excel through power automate. Please help me with the flow. Attached my flow here, please suggest me extension for my flow as per my requirment.

    What will be your trigger for the flow?

    Who would the email be sent to?

    Create an Excel sheet with required columns and save it in Onedrive.

    Hello Sudeep Ghatak,

     

    Thank you for your solutions it helps for me. Below is my flow but i have one more question that when flow sent an email to user, if user did not select any choice because of holiday/Leave flow will not complete right.

    I have changed manual connector to scheduled flow connector and facing 2 issues.

    1. I am could not see username to select as below mentioned

    2. Flow is completing if any one user selected the choice, but i need to log the details of multiple user in excel

    Okay, I see the issue.

    Actually, there should be an individual instance of flow for each user the email is sent to.

    Instead, I have a better solution,

    1. Create a list of Users to whom the email needs to be sent to in SharePoint List

    2. Your recurrence trigger (running each morning) can send email to each User with a link to the SP item.

    3. The user opens the email and updates the SP item directly.

    Will that work?
