Unable to save a simple csv file attachment from an email

I have tried to create a simple flow to save an attachment to my One Drive for Business from a specific email when it arrives.

When it comes in, it's encoded in Base64 and I don't know why.

This is a horrible product.  Please help.

I can write code in python, powershell, Java and this is a nightmare.  Why would anyone use this?

Every time I make a change, I have to wait 10 seconds for it to say "Okay I saved it and now you can manually run the test".

Also, I don't particularly appreciate clicking something that looks like a link and just so happens to automatically screenshot my entire screen; Data Safety and Privacy you morons what the hell??!?!?
