Is there any mechanism to check if the login user has access to shared mailbox? I checked for different connector and unable to figure it out. Any ideas/workaround is welcome.

Currently, there is no action/trigger can be used to get users who have access to a Shared mailbox.
I am afraid that it is not possible to achieve your scenario. If you need this feature, please submit your request on Flow Ideas Forum so it might be considered in future releases:
