Dont think there is a way with standard connectors but Encodian, Plumsail and Adobe have options for merging into PDF. All have a cost.

Adobe PDF Services does provide the ability to do this. There is even a template to do similarly here:

If you do not want to use third party connector you will have to use Power Automate Desktop(Merge PDFS) -
