Assign task to multiuser from groups.

Has an app been built to assign tasks? When I create the task, I need to set the task to multi-users at the same time with a different ID.

 

Is there any way to do that, and what is the best suggestion?  Now, I can assign by selecting an individual user. But I need that to come from multiple groups to multiple users.
