Can an approval reply be sent to a shared mailbox?

Hi All.

 

I have sent up a flow that is triggered from a Microsoft form entry. 

This form is populated by many different people that are logged into a shared inbox. This triggers an approval process.

 

My issue is that when the approver selects an approval option, it doesn't send the response to the shared mailbox.

 

My flow works when it is all done from an individual email.

My Question is, can a response from an approval be sent to a shared mailbox?

 

 

Below is my Approval flow that gets trigged from a response from via Microsoft forms which is completed by a user through a shared mailbox.

    Hi @LIVVY 

    As per the screenshot you shared, the approval workflow is sent to "Operator" and "HBK operator", which are filled in the form. 

    Those 2 fields should be in the format of "username@yourdomain", and should be individual users, and not a shared mailbox. Power Automate approvals are based on individual accounts and not shared mailboxes.

    Apart from that, you should evaluate "Outcome" value, and not "Response" in the "if" condition.
