Cannot create Dynamics 365 Apps-enabled CDS database

Greetings,

 

In Power Platform admin center, when trying to create a CDS database with D365 enabled apps, the option is greyed out, the tooltip says (translated) :

 

Your company's Azure Active Directory home location ("France") does not allow provisioning of databases in the region ("France").

 

I cannot find any setting with database provisioning restrictions.

I tried on different newly created environments and it's the same everywhere.

We have a MAPS Dynamics 365 CE plan for 5 users.

 

Is there asolution or a setting i missed ?

    MS Support reached to us, we cannot create a Dynamics enabled CDS database in anoy other region than Europe by design, for performance reasons.
