Hi All,

I am working on an app where I am collecting data from multiple users in a SharePoint list using an app, now this app indicates the users that the value in certain form is equal or less than the desired value. What I want is that if the value is less than the desired value (Desired value also given in SharePoint list column) it should automatically send reminder email to the relevant user (I have also 2 columns: 1 where the relevent person email id is given and 2nd where CC email id's are given.

Thanks a lot for the swift response, a quick one, is it possible if I want to keep sending email reminders every 5 hours until condition met?

Hello Team,

Here is what you do. You insert a condition, (in my case the desired value is in column named Status Value) wherein if the status value is less than 2 (here 2 is my bench mark you can choose your own), then it should give out a true status and the logic moves to left part of condition.

Here you can just use an Send an email action and populate the send an email action based on the values from your list columns.

Ofcourse I am only showing the To and the CC part here but you will need to fill out the subject, body too.
