Get Option Set Label in Power Automate

I am trying to use Power Automate to update a parent record in the Common Data Service when a child record is created/update. Using the Common Data Service (current environment) connector I have an initial trigger for the child record when a record is created, updated or deleted. I then have an "Update a record" step that uses Dynamic content from the child record to update the parent record. I am able to update two fields without issue but one field is an option set. The only dynamic content that appears is the option set value. How do I return the option set label rather than the value?

In the flow shown below the Stage field is the option set.
