I have to update data from CRM to F&O using Ms flow can you help to this stuff

Hi @ishant28 ,

Connector for Dynamics Fin & Operation is licensed as Premium one . Assuming you are doing this on create of CRM record , following steps will help you:

1. Create a solution and give it your desired name
2. Under that solution add new and add flow
3. Start typing Common data service and select Common data service (current) as shown in screenshot
4. Select Create , update or delete
5. Select trigger condition as required (Create / Create or Delete ..)
6. Select your entity name
7. Select Scope
8. Next select add action and type Dynamics it will show all connectors and Dynamics Fin & Ops will be shown as well . Select it and chose your action for this connector.
9. Do your mapping and go ahead.

Hi @ishant28 ,

The second step that you have done to F&O should be your third step if you are updating F&O record from CRM. Also action you should be using is Update Record in F&O and not execute action.

Hi @ishant28 ,

The second step Get Record is not required since the trigger itself contains the account details. Regarding your F&O Action object id should be guid of F&O entity you are trying to update.

I just added a initialize variable step to show how you can use account id . When you select Value and click inside text , it should show somewhat similar to this. Start typing account in it and you will get Account
