Dear Experts, please help me out. I have created a SharePoint list to act as a ticketing system for my organization. Now every time someone sends an email it gets logged as a ticket to the SharePoint ticketing site. I want to make a comment on their tickets using the @ symbol however every time I am making a comment on their tickets they are sent a link and they get access to the site and make changes to their ticket status which I don't want. What can I do to stop them from getting access to the site when i mention them using the @ symbol? Any leads will be highly appreciated.

Kind Regards

@SunnyZaman you can create a different view and also hide form fields of the sharepoint list from the public.

@SunnyZaman See if any person clicks on comment link, then the link redirects it to list form where he can see all related fields to the list. So I'm saying that you can hide the fields which you don't want them to see. please check below screenshot for reference. In screenshot I'm hiding the status field from the user.
