why i am getting this error and i am using apply to each in start and wait for approval also but here in dynaamics contect i can have option response and outcomes..my flow always decline the result

It is saying, that the input for the Apply to Each doesn't exist. I realize you may think it does, but in the context and use of it there its not valid.

Can you either recreate your Get Items or verify that its valid in that spot. You may have to copy everything below it to the copy board

And then delete and start over.

Can you please reshare the workflow that what you are Actually trying to do step by step??

I am also agreeing with the solution of @FLMike that you should go through the flow once and recreate it.

The flow is easy.

Please share with also the Expression that in which action what you are using.
