Hello everyone.
I am trying to create a calendar for a set of different rooms that are used for plants. I want to be able to email my boss that the transplantation happened and have the maintenance of care automatically put up on my calendar from the date/time that i sent the email. the time of maintenance will be on different dates. This will be seen on outlook's calendar. I have set up some workflows with the "when an email arrives" trigger but I am having difficulty getting all of the inputs in correctly after I choose the outlook 365 calendar option since it also asks for an end date/time, when there is no end date but more of only a start date. the time is not necessary either, just the day. I am also having difficulty getting this put on the actual calendar and not just as a "notification".

Any help would be appreciated, I am just a humble horticulturalist trying to create a better workflow.
