approvals connector for a Request, and Line Items of the request

Using CDS, I will have a Request entity and it will have a 1:N relationship with LineItem.  The Request entity can have multiple line items.

I need to use an Everyone must approve type of Approvals within the Power Automate flow for the Request.

On the Request, one or more people within the everyone must approve set of people can deny / strikeout one or more individual Line Items on the Request.

So the Request can be approved, but one or more children items can be stricken from the request / denied.

Has anyone done this before and have pointers?

    Hi @bwilliam45 ,

     

    I don't understand what you mean, but if the Approval type you choose is Everyone must Approve, then the approval process will end as long as one person chooses reject during the approval process.

    Only when all people choose Approve, the approval result will be Approve.

    Hope it makes sense.
