I recently set up a new EC2 instance in AWS and installed a Power Automate gateway on it. The installation was performed using an elevated-privileged user, and the gateway is now running and showing as 'Online' in the Power Automate portal.
Currently, we have an older gateway already in use in our Power Automate setup. Our goal is to migrate all workflows from the old gateway to the newly installed one. However, we are uncertain about the proper process to ensure this transition is smooth and no workflows are disrupted.
Here are our main concerns:
In the Power Automate portal, we see Gateways, Connections, and Workflows. Could someone clarify the associations between these components?
If we disable the old gateway, will workflows previously associated with it continue to work with the new gateway, provided the required connections exist in the new one?
We want to ensure a seamless migration and avoid any disruptions to our workflows. Any guidance or best practices for migrating workflows to a new gateway would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
