I’ve got a flow that was working fine as of June 8 – it is triggered by a form, so it doesn’t run regularly, and that’s the last successful run it had. Currently, it’s failing and I can’t figure out why. Error message below.

The error is coming at the “Create item” action, which looks like this.
I've searched in this community and elsewhere and after turning up a couple of things, I verified permission to write to the list (I'm a site owner and the list is inheriting site permissions), and checked that there is plenty of space available.
Not sure what to try next. Anybody know what my issue is?
I've continued to work on this and ended up recreating the list. The flow is running fine now, so it was a problem with the process writing to the old list.
If anyone has experienced anything similar, I'd still be interested in knowing why it stopped working suddenly.
