Power Automate with Microsoft Forms to SharePoint List

Hi Power Automate Gurus I have a created a form in Microsoft and additional created a SharePoint list to store the data from the form.

I have created a flow in Power Automate to create an item when the form is submitted and another flow to create an email to the team leader based on a variable.

When I submit a form, the SharePoint list is updated and I receive an email notification however if anyone else in my team submits a form, an item is not created and nor do they receive an email....

Their submission however is showing in the responses of Microsoft Forms

Any help on what I am doing wrong??

Hi @Anonymous ,

When someone else submits a form, does it trigger the flow? Check the run history.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you please post a screenshot of the first part of your flow with the trigger.

Did you create the Form yourself? Can you try deleting and recreating the connection.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Sorry, I have not been able to replicate the issue so will only be able to offer limited assistance without physically looking further in your environment and settings. The only remaining advice I can give are:

1) Can you check your trigger settings compared to the below. Are there trigger conditions specified?

2) Recreate the connection with your account

3) Delete and re-add a new trigger and confirm the selected form is the form being shared/filled in by other users

4) Create a test form with 1 question and a test flow and see if you still have this issue

5) Contact MS support here
