Hello everyone

I am wanting to make an app that works just like the Kmart / Walmart price checkers. It needs to be simple. I can export our pricing from our internal system via excel.

This is what the flow would look like:

Welcome, please scan an item:

When item scanned via barcode, a new screen will be displayed with the price.

One button to 'Return to main' or similar to reset and start again.

I can use a, MS Surface with an auto scanner plugged in via USB.

I am unsure if it is worth trying PowerApps for this application? Will it be reliable and have the scanning capability?
We have about 30,000 items in stock. Is this too much for Power Apps to handle?
Any other advice for this Power Apps beginner would be amazing!
