I have a flow that is manually triggered and it sues the Send email with options to have external customers approve or reject the porposal we are sending them.
Under User Options we ahev Approve and Reject but would like this to be a bit more advanced. For example if they select Approve they have to put their name and date, if rejected the same but also a third field for the reason.
Is this possible? Is the USer Options filed able to hold this data?
