PowerAutomate action to read multiline column from SharePoint list

Hi everyone,

I am building the flow triggered by new item added to SharePoint list.

I have a column in SharePoint with multiline option. However when I am adding the value of this column to flow "Start and wait for approval" it sends one request for each line.

What I need to add to have several lines in one email?
