Flow does not run completely

A flow has been created to automate a form using Nintex Forms and SharePoint list. All the fields in this flow are correct however whenever a form is submitted, the flow does not run successfully. I don't understand what I would be doing wrong. Please help! I can provide more information if it is needed. The flow stops running once a second approver has been added to the process.

Can you highlight in you Flow where it stops running?

Does the Flow end or is it still running waiting for action to be taken on the approval? Your screen shot shows a Flow that is waiting for action to be taken on an approval action.

Sorry for the late reply, but the flow stops running at either Switch or Condition, it is unclear. The flow is supposed to be simple, travel is funded by Project , Department or Other department and the distance is Intercontinental, Within Continent and Within Country. If the project is Intercontinental the VP of our department needs to approve and if any other travel then First and Second line manager approval (That is what the condition is, if Intercontinental then get VP approval if not then 1&2 line managers).
