Hi,
I have a Sharepoint site that is growing everyday which will fill my tenant soon, due to large videos that are uploaded by various internal users.
I want to be sent an email notification which user has uploaded in real time videos and their location.
Because there are many folders it is difficult to drill down into them to see which user has modified an item and their location.

I would say this would be more of a SharePoint administration and reporting question, than a Power Automate question. A flow would not be useful for you in this particular scenerio.
I mean if you really wanted to, you could just do something like this:
