I am connecting my powerapp to a single column table in excel stored in onedrive. The table in excel has a formula that connects it to another excel file where some macros are running. So the table values change based on the macro calculations. The value in the table is represented as a dropdown in powerapp. When I first connect excel and powerapp I could view the table filled with all the values from the macro execution in excel but these values were not reflected in the dropdown and it was just list of blank dropdown. . When I once ran the app the excel went haywire. I opened the excel and got the error message attached and saw that it shifted the table heading and the values with formula attached to the right and kept the table intact with heading as Column1 (attached is the table output).
Does powerapp not work with a table with formula attached to it? Or is there some other way to do it?
First of all your Excel table should be properly formatted which will give you an automatic Powerapps ID:

Also your table should not contain formulas.

@eka24 Thanks for clarifying that. I was wondering that because of the formula it might be behaving that way. I will have to figure out some other way to work it out then.
