If First day location is Office – check availability of Conference rooms and avoid conflicts.

I need help with the flow where check the availability of Conference rooms and avoid conflicts. If the conference rooms are occupied, an event can be held in any free one. I don't know how to do it, every time my flow breaks when the room is already occupied. In my case, there are 4 rooms that can still be booked
