Can‘t Connect to Outlook Tasks

Hello there,

I can‘t make a connection to my Outlook-Task Account.

There is always the error:

„German“: Verbindung wurde nicht gefunden. Erstellen Sie eine neue Verbindung, und ändern Sie die Anwendung, um die neue Verbindung verwenden zu können.

With other Users in my organisation, it works though.

What can I do?

Greets

    Hello Rostangmbh,

Please validate whether your account has been assigned valid office plan license. The exception seems ask you to 'Create a new connection and modify the application to use the new connection.'

Have you tried to delete your old 'Outlook Task' connection and rebuild a new connection after you confirmed all license available?

    Hi Johnny,

the account ist definetly a valid office plan licence. I checked the settings to another account, where the "flow" works, and I didn't find any obvious account settings differences.

I also tried a couple of times deleting the old "Outlook Task Connection" and build a new one.

    😞

    Best regars,

    Pascal

I just found out, that a Connection to "Outlook Office 365" works though, it's just the connection to "Outlook taks", that doesn't work for my account.

Did you find a solution to that in the meanwhile? I'm having the same issue while trying to build a flow that's triggered by an incomming email.

    No, not yet, unfortunately.
