Sharepoint File Being locked for shared use

Hi All,

I have using a file in my sharepoint on a power automate flow.

It has no issues for so long and suddenly starting from 3 weeks back, my power automate flows has been failing.

Reason stated "The File is locked for shared use by xxx [membership]." xxx is my email.

This errors always appear either on 'Create File' or 'Delete File' sharepoint on my power automate flow.

Has anyone solved this issue before ? Please advise.

Tried to create new flow but seems like the problem still exists.

To better assist you with your Power Automate issue, could you please provide a screenshot of your flow, specifically showing how the action(s) are configured? If you are encountering any errors, please indicate which action failed and include the error message(s) you received. This information will help us diagnose the problem more effectively.

In the meantime, go to the document library and check to see if you have the document checked out. If so, check it in and try your flow again. If your document library is configured for major and minor versions, check that the document is at least version 1.0. If not, then the file is considered to have no checked in version and that is probably the cause of your error.

    Thank you!
